Refund and exchange policy: Services purchased for the Med Spa and on discounted promotions are not refundable unless there is a demonstrated harm or adverse reaction from the treatment. If this occurs, the Medical Director would evaluate the person to address the concern and ensure the best outcome.  We recommend a consultation before purchasing new services to learn more about them and to confirm whether they are right for you. Services are transferable to others if the treatment is appropriate for them and may be traded for other services types if appropriate for the person.
